Witbier is a wheat beer, referring to traditional Belgian wines brewed in Brabant. It is made from unmalted wheat and light barley malt. It is usually flavored with freshly ground coriander seeds and bitter orange peel. To further emphasize its citrus character, we also used lemon peel. Thanks to this, the beer gained its fruitiness. Now you can taste this pleasantly refreshing and slightly acidic beer.
A light, refreshing "white" beer with a low bitterness and a delicate sour finish. Perceptible notes of herbal and citrus come from the spices used - coriander, lemon and orange peel.
