The Cieszyn porter belongs to the Baltic porter species, historically represented only in Poland. It is very powerful, as evidenced by its very dark color. However, this does not prevent Porter from being highly drinkable. It is distinguished by a velvety body flowing from well-perceptible chocolate-coffee notes, based on roasted malts. Porter is a bottom-fermented beer, traditionally mash with the decoction method.
