Porter Bourbon B.A.

We poured our classic, medal-winning Porter Cieszyński, after six months of maturation in tanks, into Woodford Reserve oak bourbon barrels that came to us from Kentucky in America. This allowed it to take on a new character, which combines porter notes of dark malts with notes characteristic of bourbon whiskey, such as notes of dark fruit, caramel, honey, chocolate, marzipan and oak. The taste has gained a new depth, in which, in addition to porter coffee and chocolate, you will find vanilla, raisins, baked apples and a pinch of roasted oak, all crowned with a dry, slightly sour finish. Sit back and taste this unique beer, preferably with a temperature of 12-14 C.
