To celebrate the 170th anniversary of the establishment of the Cieszyn Brewery, we decided to create a unique beer. We chose the most eminent representative of our brewery - Porter Bałtycki. The character of the beer is special, in addition to water, barley malts and hops, Polish dried plums and oak chips from casks in which the whiskey was aged were used for brewing. Everything was closed in lager tanks for 18 months, so that it would mature until this special moment. As a result, the beer acquired an unprecedented "smoothness", an intense flavor and aroma brought by plums and a slightly oak tartness of shavings, which brings to mind the best beverages matured in oak barrels. All this means that we can enjoy the unique beer that was made in this special place. It is a peculiar tribute to all brewers who, over the course of three centuries, contributed their knowledge, talent and passion to the development of the Cieszyn brewery.
