Dubbel Cieszyński is a dark top-fermented beer brewed in a style whose origins date back to the monastic craftsmanship of medieval monastery breweries. Grand Champion Birofilia 2014 was brewed on the basis of a unique blend of six malts: pilsner, pale ale, wheat, Abbey, special B, Carafa I Specjal; Magnum and Saaz hops as well as candied syrup and Belgian yeast. The recipe was prepared by Czesław Dziełak.
