Dark Saison, a peculiar marriage of beer and wine. Saison is a grateful species that allows the brewer to experiment with additives. Our proposal is dark, full-bodied beer with aromas of chocolate and cherry. The effect achieved is due to a mixture of malts, top fermenting yeast and oak chips obtained from oloroso sherry casks. The composition of the ingredients used turns into a pleasant, aromatic beer with a fruity oak bouquet.
