Angielski Lord z Wiśniami B.A.

Angielski Lord z Wiśniami B.A.

Development and evolution of the species. We decided to enrich the classic barleywine with new experiences. Therefore, for four months it was additionally matured in Bourbon casks, in which our Porter previously matured. To ennoble the extensive maltiness of this extraordinary drink, we added fresh cherry fruit to it. This original composition grew slowly in the unique cellars of the Cieszyn brewery, waiting for the right moment when it would reach the expected fullness. Having made sure that the right moment has come, we present this noble drink to you.

"We like the songs we know well the most" and is it the same with beer? To check it, we tried a little experiment. That is why we poured decayed barleywine into oak Bourbon barrels, to which we added fresh cherries. The whole thing matured for several weeks to get the right bouquet - it turned out delicious ;-)
